3Can I use Medicare or bulk bill for a telehealth appointment?
Yes, we offer bulk billing (no out-of-pocket cost) for the following:Children under 12 months of age.Patients experiencing homelessness (with a valid concession card).Sexual health consultations (with a valid concession card).Mental health care plans (with a valid concession card). For patients without a concession card with a condition listed above, we charge an upfront fee and submit a Medicare claim on your behalf for a refund (starting from $44) into your bank account. If you are suffering from a general condition not listed above, there is no Medicare rebate.
4Can I use my private health insurance for telehealth services?
After your consultation, you’ll receive a receipt. Please contact your private health insurer to confirm if a rebate is available under your policy.
5Can you provide online medical certificates?
Yes, our doctors can issue online medical certificates for work or school during a telehealth consultation, provided it’s clinically appropriate. Certificates are emailed to you immediately after the consultation.
6Do you offer online prescriptions?
Yes, we provide online prescriptions for both new and repeat medications, including:Antibiotics for infections (e.g., UTIs).Oral contraceptives.Medications for chronic conditions like blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes.Smoking cessation medications. Note: We do not prescribe addictive medications (e.g., S4D or S8 drugs), certain pain or sleeping medications, or specific weight loss medications. Prescriptions are sent electronically to you or your preferred pharmacy.

Yes, our doctors can diagnose and treat urinary tract infections (UTIs) through telehealth. After a consultation, we can prescribe antibiotics if appropriate and provide advice on managing symptoms. Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy.
